At James & Olivia London, we strive to provide clear and transparent information regarding our shipping process. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package at any time.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to system or supplier delays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the local carrier.

Deliveries may take longer due to:

  • Public holidays or peak seasons

  • Customs inspections

  • International logistics delays beyond our control

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. James & Olivia London is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.


3. Shipping Origin & Customs

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier.

Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed by James & Olivia London.

Customs procedures vary by country. We have no control over customs inspections and cannot expedite customs clearance.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered, as clearly stated on our website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, James & Olivia London cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order via:

We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Orders returned to the sender due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal to pay local customs duties or import charges

may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Refunds in such cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.


6. Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking information.

Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may take between 24 and 72 hours to appear after dispatch.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered.

We are unable to initiate investigations for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.
